Placing an order with StuPrint.com really couldn’t be easier. But just to get you started, here is a brief walkthrough….
StuPrint.com’s online platform has been designed to accommodate people with busy lives. We are very aware that buying print is not rock n’ roll and you’ve (hopefully) got better things to do with your life. Let’s not forget we were setup to serve students after all. So our platform and our customer services have been designed to get you in and out as soon as possible.
Using our platform really couldn’t be easier. Simply start by having a browse through the list of our most popular products on our homepage.
You probably already have an idea of what you’d like so select the product you’d like. The instant quote page you’ll arrive on will ask you for the size, weight, color, and quantity of your order. You’ll be presented with a price. Add it to your basket. Pay for it using our secure online payment system. Upload your artwork and you’re done. 5 Steps- that’s it! You’re done. Behind the scenes, our repro teams will download and thoroughly check over your artwork. If there’s something slightly wrong then we will do our very best to get it right without bothering you. If there’s a big problem then we’ll get in touch to get your advice but we will still do our very best to get all of your artwork sorted without any charge and without any fuss. To avoid any delay, why not check out our artwork guidelines and templates page to ensure everything is bang on before you start. As well, have a read of this article to see how to get everything ready for print.
Only when the repro team is fully happy that everything is print-ready will they forward everything on to the print house. Here, our technicians will print, trim, package and send out your print work to the couriers for delivery.

We are aware that there is a huge range of printed products out there and we are able to print most of it. So if you’re looking for something a bit special then please do get in touch and one of our handy print gurus will get a bespoke quote over to you ASAP.
A few things you should be aware of…
- Our print run each day closes at 11am so please make sure that all artwork is print ready before then. We will always do our best to accommodate late orders but we cannot guarantee that artwork received after that time will definitely make it onto that day’s print run.
- If you need something in a rush then please look closely at the delivery terms offered in the instant quote system. Our delivery times can vary depending on the size and type of print being order. 1-2 working days is the usual period for digital print. 4-6 working days is the usual turnaround period for lithographic print.
- Keep an eye out for great discounts to be had on StuPrint.com. We’re always trying to spread the StuPrint word so we offer a 5% discount on all print work that bares our logo. This option is available when you enter your product specifications and the 5% is automatically removed from your order total. As well, we offer a Flyershare option. This means you take one side of the flyer and we take the other. This product can deliver unparalleled value if you’re on a tight budget.
