This site has a simply huge selection. Over 3 million images and counting. Specify your search with regard to licensing.
OpenPhoto- www.openphoto.net/
You don’t even have to register to use this service (unless you want to upload photos yourself)
Woophy.com
This genius little site allows you to search for photos via location. It uses a great map feature to allow the easy selection of photos taken all over the world. Well worth a look.
